Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Timeframes

  • 7+ Days Before Event: Full refund.

  • Within 7 Days of Event: 50% cancellation fee applies.

  • Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: No refund.

2. Deposits

  • Non-refundable deposit required to secure booking for certain items.

  • Applied toward final balance.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

  • No refunds for items damaged or lost during rental.

  • Customer responsible for replacement or repair costs.

5. Weather Policy

  • Outdoor events canceled due to severe weather:

    • Option to reschedule (subject to availability).

    • Refunds handled case-by-case.

6. Special Circumstances

  • Exceptions may apply for emergencies; documentation required.
