Terms of Service

By placing an order with Set the Scene Rentals LLC.,  you agree to the following terms:

- Rental Duration: All items are rented for the agreed-upon period. Late returns may incur additional fees.

- Condition of Items: Rented items must be returned in the same condition as received.

-Damage or loss: The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items during the rental period. In such cases, the renter agrees to pay the full replacement cost or repair fees as determined by Set the Scene Rentals LLC.

- Setup & Delivery: Delivery and setup services are available for an additional fee. Customer must ensure clear access to the even location.

 

- Liability: Set the Scene Rentals LLC, is not responsible for injuries or accidents related to the use of rented items. Customer assumes all responsibility for safe use.

 

- Weather Policy: Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions. Customer is responsible for protecting the rental equipment from damage due to weather.
